At Akeem Group, we stand behind the quality of our veterinary and animal care products. This policy outlines our approach to returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within [7] days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product is not a veterinary medication or perishable item
  • You have proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Veterinary medications and prescription products
  • Opened or used medical supplies
  • Perishable items (food, supplements with broken seals)
  • Custom or special-order items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@akeemgroup.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging

Refunds
