Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates:
- Abu Dhabi
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Umm Al Quwain
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: [3-5] business days
- Express Delivery: [1-2] business days (available in major cities)
- Veterinary Clinic Orders: Priority processing available for professional accounts
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over [AED 300].
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Special Handling
Certain veterinary products may require special handling or temperature-controlled shipping. These requirements will be noted on the product page and may affect delivery times.
International Shipping

RETURNS POLICY
Return Eligibility
You may return products within [7] days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The product is not a veterinary medication or perishable item
- You have proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Veterinary medications and prescription products
- Opened or used medical supplies
- Perishable items (food, supplements with broken seals)
- Custom or special-order items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@akeemgroup.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@akeemgroup.com with your order number
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within [7-10] business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
